Network File Storage Access Request

Supervisors or Department Heads should use this form to request network file storage access for new employees, changes to existing access (departmental or shared folders), or deletions of access for departing employees.

Information Technology strives to grant and/or change access within two business days.
Deletions are made on the employee's departure date.

Please log in using your JMU e-ID and password.
If you have forgotten your e-ID password, please go to MyMadison, enter your e-ID and click 'Continue', then click 'Forgot your password' to reset your password with your security question or one time password (OTP). For additional assistance, contact the Information Technology Help Desk
