Setup and Installation Request Form

Please enter a separate request for each computer/printer/device.
On submission you will be given the chance to enter another request without logging in again.

Use this form to request:
  • New Computer and Kiosk Installations
  • "New to me" computer reimaging and/or data transfers
  • Software installations on JMU-owned computers
  • Printer Installations
  • Mobile Device Setup and Configuration for JMU's Exchange Environment
    (Service limited to JMU-funded or JMU-owned devices running Windows Mobile, ActiveSync, and Athletics' Blackberry phones)
Please log in using your JMU e-ID and password.
